José brings more than 20 years of experience in the construction and home improvement industry. A former mason, he developed his expertise working directly in the field, learning the importance of proper preparation, strong foundations, precise installation, and attention to detail.
His extensive hands-on experience is at the heart of DCS. José understands that a beautiful finished project begins with the work customers may never see — proper excavation, grading, base preparation, drainage considerations, and careful workmanship throughout every stage of the project.
Today, he continues to be personally involved in DCS projects, bringing decades of practical knowledge to every property the company works on.
Simoni brings the management, planning, and technical side of the business together. With a background in Agricultural Engineering and advanced studies in Construction Management through UC Davis, she contributes a strong understanding of project organization, estimating, planning, communication, and construction processes.
Her role helps ensure that customers receive not only quality workmanship in the field, but also clear communication and an organized experience from the initial conversation through project completion.
Together, José and Simoni combine hands-on craftsmanship with engineering and construction-management knowledge, creating the foundation behind DCS Interlocking Pavers.
